1. Enquire Now

Send us through a quick enquiry using the above form, we will check the availability of the boat and also answer any questions you may have.

2. Pay Deposit

Paying the deposit will reserve your requested DATE and TIME. Normally the deposit is equal to the first hour of BOAT HIRE price.

3. Cruise Confirmed

You will receive a cruise confirmation with all the details of your event. Please make sure all the details are correct, and the remaining balance MUST be paid 14 days before your cruise.

Let us know where you would like your cruise to pick up and DROP OFF. We have access to many wharf’s around Sydney Harbour, Paramatta River, Lane Cove River, Mosman, Manly. Some of the more common wharf’s we use are:

Wharfs further away from the CBD may incur a travel time fee.

Our BYO cruises are a perfect option to save on costs and meet your budget. We can normally arrange to have your food and alcohol dropped off at the boat before your boarding time, so everything is set-up and ready to go!

DRINKS PACKAGES

Perfect for bucks/hens and Christmas parties, our drinks packages allow you to rock up to the boat and have everything already sorted for you. Cold beer, wine and spirits on arrival, what more could you want! Our fully inclusive drinks packages start from as little as $40PP for 3HRS.

CATERED CRUISES

Take the hassle out of food preparation and allow your vessel to cater for the cruise. With simple BBQ Menus costing around $20PP, it makes sure your guests are well fed at an affordable price. Some of our boats also provide an extensive range of delicious canapes which can be requested.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THESE BOAT HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL CRUISES BOOKED DIRECTLY OR THROUGH OTHER AGENTS

1 PAYMENTS

1.1 ALL PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE BY CASH, BANK TRANSFER OR CREDIT CARD (MASTERCARD, VISA).

1.2 VESSEL KRAKEN: A 1HR OF THE CRUISE DEPOSIT (OCT-MAR $600 APRIL-SEP $500) WILL SECURE THE CRUISE DATE AND TIME. EACH VESSEL IS SUBJECT

TO THEIR OWN DEPOSIT RULES.

1.3 THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE A BOOKING CONFIRMATION, AND FINAL INVOICE ONCE A DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED, THIS MUST BE PAID IN FULL MINIMUM 14 DAYS PRIOR TO THE CRUISE.

1.4 DEPOSITS WILL BE REFUNDED IF THE BOOKING IS CANCELLED BY CUSTOMERS 30 DAYS+ PRIOR TO THE CRUISE DATE., OR REFUNDED AT ANY TIME IF

THE BOOKING IS CANCELLED BY S.H.P.B.

1.5 BOOKINGS CANCELLED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE CRUISE WILL BE INVOICED THE FULL COST.

1.6 DETAILS REGARDING PASSENGER NUMBERS AND ASSOCIATED COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED ON THE FINAL NUMBER OF GUEST’S ADVISED 14 DAYS

PRIOR TO CRUISE OR THE NUMBER ACTUALLY ONBOARD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

1.7 PAYMENT OF A DEPOSIT ACCEPTS THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

2 ALCOHOL AND DRUGS

2.1 NO DRUGS POLICY.

2.2 RSA MUST BE ENFORCED AND RESPECTED BY CREW AND PASSENGERS.

2.3 FOOD SUPPLIED BY S.H.P.B OR PASSENGERS MUST BE SUBSTANTIAL IN REGARDS TO ALCOHOL BEING SERVED OR B.Y.O.

2.4 B.Y.O ALCOHOL MUST BE KEPT ON BOTTOM LEVEL IN THE SUPPLIED WHITE ESKY’S SO PAX CAN BE RSA MONITORED BY VESSEL CREW.

2.5 UNRULY, DRUNKEN, ILICIT OR DANGEROUS BEHAVIOUR MAY, AT SOLE DISCRETION OF THE SKIPPER, RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EJECTION OF ANY AND ALL

PASSENGERS AT THE NEAREST PERMISSABLE WHARF AREA WITH NO REFUND. THE CRUISE MAY BE CUT SHORT OR CANCELLED DEPENDING ON

SEVERITY.

2.6 NO OPEN ALCOHOL CAN LEAVE THE VESSEL, B.Y.O AND SEALED CAN BE TAKEN OR COLLECTED AT A LATER DAY, ORGANISE TIME WITH OWNER TO

MEET AT THE VESSELS BERTH OR MOORING LOCATION.

3 PASSENGER SAFETY

3.1 PASSENGER SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY AS PER “MARINE SAFETY (DCV) NATIONAL LAW ACT 2012, SCHEDULE 1, SECTIONS 21 & 22.

– TAKE REASONABLE CARE FOR THEIR OWN SAFETY.

– COMPLY WITH ANY REASONABLE AND LAWFUL DIRECTIONS OF THE MASTER AND CREW.

– NOT INTERFERE WITH OR MISUSE ANY SAFETY EQUIPMENT ONBOARD THE VESSEL.

– NOT RISK THE SAFETY OF ANOTHER PERSON.

3.2 CREW ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE FIRST AID WHEN DEEMED SAFE TO DO SO FOR ALL OTHER PAX/CREW.

3.3 PASSENGERS MUST LISTEN TO AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS IN THE SAFETY BRIEFING.

3.4 NEITHER THE OPERATOR’S OF THE VESSEL NOR THE OWNERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, DAMAGE TO ANY PERSONS OR PERSONAL

ITEMS. THE CHARTERER SHALL INDEMNIFY THE OWNERS AND OPERATORS AGAINST SUCH CLAIMS.

4 VESSEL SAFETY

4.1 NO PASSENGER NOR CREW SHALL JEOPARDISE THE SAFETY OF THE VESSEL.

4.2 ANY DAMAGE TO VESSEL, FURNITURE, BATHROOMS INFLICTED BY CHARTERER OR A MEMBER OF THEIR PARTY WILL INCURE THE COST OF REPAIR IN

FULL OR LEGAL ACTION MAY BE TAKEN. THIS MUST BE ACCEPTED AND HAS BEEN PUT IN PLACE TO AVOID TAKING A BOND FOR SOME

VESSELS (SOME VESSELS DO REQUIRE A BOND).
